Yummy 300 calorie Breakfast Pizza |
How can I have a Breakfast Pizza less than 300 calories and fresh? Make it myself. Combine a piece of flatout, covered with 6 tbsp of tomato sauce, 4 fresh mushrooms, 1/4 sliced onion and thinly sliced fresh mozarella. Cooked in the oven on the top rack at 375 for 7 minutes. A 15 minute breakfast! No guilt. The first photo made the mozarella look like chicken, it looked much better after it was cooked. The bread was soggy in the center. So I'll have to keep trying until I get that part figured out. Yummy.....PS I did sprinkle a little freshly ground sea salt on top.
