I threw this menu item in to see if I could see why their pizza is never soggy, mmmmm, they use a pita bread. Not obvious yet, the only non soggy bread base I have used is the Boboli bread, I'll let you know if anything else comes up.
The above was my sandwich and roasted pepper soupThis was the combo, chili and tuna salad sandwich
Below is the cookie they ordered, the size of a pie, I was already full and just watched.
I decided to stay in St Cloud and join my great friends for lunch at Jules Bistro. I tried the turkey pomegranate with swiss cheese panini with the roasted red pepper soup. I was good, the pomegranate in the sandwich was tasty as was the melted cheese. The Red Pepper Soup tasted like what it was, and I liked it, a new item for me. My friends had the tuna salad sandwich and the chorizo chili. It was great. The bistro has been there for 6 years, and is located right on St. Germain, in the same block as the Paramount Theatre (renovated and used for music and theatre performances). I have never really been disappointed at Jules. The recipes are fresh, the price is right. One of my favorites is their personal pizza, a treat I have yet to perfect at home. Afterwards I was on the road, headed West, not sure if I would stop in Fergus after all.
