I made the greek cucumber sauce, great garlic taste even before refrigeration.
CHICKEN SOUP
This year my CSA chickens were really tough, so last night I cooked chicken overnight in a crock pot. It smells great and now it melts in my mouth.
I added garlic, celery, carrots, delicious home grown potatoes and cracked pepper, onions and salt. It will cook a few hours before it's ready.
Tarragon is the spice a friend introduced to me for chicken. I know people use it for fish but for me it enhances the flavor of the chicken, partly sweet, earthy...for some reason on fish it tastes annoying like its trying to hide the taste of something (especially if the fish is coated in butter).
