no no no not again |
When I first started this blog, it wasn't my first attempt at writing about food. One of my series from almost 20 years ago was "The Erstwhile Vegetarian Epicure", another was "If you follow only one rule let it be this: "Don't Burn the Kitchen Down!!!"" Last Spring it was a series of cards with recipes and photos that followed my CSA produce. This Blog is about Eating with Dignity at Work and Home, living with food with an approach that touches on some type of dignity, matching the care with which we approach all others in our lives. Unfortunately, this evening I was going to have a snack. Remember my nemesis? The breakfast pizza, trying to make it so it wasn't soggy and still delicious. This time I am attempting a midnight snack. The results have approached breaking one of my cardinal rules about not burning down the kitchen. At least I only burnt the food.
