This revision fits more appropriately with the overall plan. Along with the rule revision is a resource that present some guidelines for health. |
I have mentioned several rules about cooking. One of my rules is on the brink of being discarded because of it's negativity "don't burn down the kitchen". Basically, negativity is not part of this blog, so I am discarding the rule. Also, you will notice that the THEME is "eating with dignity, cooking with love, sharing with family and friends and having fun in the kitchen". When I am doing of all those things I am closely attending to the task at hand. So goodbye rule!!!!!!!
Sunday and the Chowder is Great (recipe 11), but I had to make a number of revisions. The first time I tried to follow this recipe except for the corn itself. I used some corn I had already roasted last summer and dehydrated. I tried to rehydrate it but I think it would have worked better to use some frozen corn and dry roast it in an electric grill. Once again, another recipe that has a lot going for it and would be great any time of the year because the ingredients are available all year round if I continue to dehydrate and preroast the corn. Currently spending time at Dunn Bros which is packed!!!!!!!!!!!!! Conversations, card games, working people, computer people, etc......
