Eating with Dignity at Work

It's the little things that count.
Barley Risotto Verde and Panini Romano.   Even though there is little time to reflect on life's gentle moments, I try to make sure I have at least a few minutes to reflect on something delightful, in this case, a meal at work, plated in a way that makes it appealing and reflects a little of the joy that can be found in the smaller things.   In one more week I will end my 56 day journey to intentional moments.  I will embark on a 30 day journey with just as much care, that will bring me to May Day, another day where moments are shared.

Next week I hope to celebrate the Spring weather with recipes shared, moments with friends, and the color pink, like Easter eggs.  The 30 day journey will consist of: prepared meals and snacks, exercise, increased muscle mass, outdoor walks to get to 10,000 steps daily, time with friends, good sleep, meditation and yoga.

See you soon with the plan
