Portobello Mushroom (see Feb 8 for recipe) recipe review

Looks like a steak but tastes incredible
After work I decided to test the time limit expectation on this recipe, prep time 10 minutes, total time 30 minutes.  It all works and then end result is incredible.  The expensive parts were the blue cheese and balsamic vinaigrette.   Even so, I think the price would go way down if you made more than two "burgers".   I am tempted to stop at recipe number 18 for a few days.   But temptation has called with every recipe I have made.   Currently I make enough for about 2 to 3 days by just following the recipe.   This is more than enough to take to work and eat incredibly tasty food, fitting criteria:
1.  less than 500 calories (this was 300, but I don't know where, the marinade had no calories, the cheese was only a few sprinkles, maybe the bread, I only used a small bolillo.
2.  one fruit/vegetable (1/2 onion and 1/2 tomato), and freshly squeezed orange juice.   By the way the onions were great, incredible with that sprinkle of sugar.
3.  lovely to look at and greater to taste.....no not red riding hood, just a great sandwich with incredible ingredients
4.  local, well the blue cheese, which was great melted by the way, I crossed another "never" in my food palate, was made in Minnesota...........  One thing was local.
