This was the Sweet and
Sour Wheatball on a bed
of Napa cabbage |
This reminds me of Falafels. I used a sweet and sour dipping sauce, kraft I believe, not too expensive and I would definitely make this recipe again. Unfortunately, I am moving on to my 30 day challenge. I am only one week shy of completing my 56 day challenge (one new habit a week: meditation, yoga, exercise, weight lifting, sleep over 7 hours, eat 3 meals at home, 5 fruits and vegetables a day and 3 grains a day). This weeks challenge is to eat meals at home and meditate daily for 20 minutes. So, it won't be a problem to begin this challenge. On odd days I will work my lateral muscles (delts, lats, ITBs, Satoris), on even days I will work the anterior and posterior (biceps, triceps, hamstrings, quads, abs, gluts).....I'll let you know how it went on April 30.
Now I am going on a 30 day challenge with a higher protein diet to see if I can increase my lean mass by 10 percent in 30 days. I have increased it by 5 % in the last 56 days, but I am still not at my ideal. I am going under the assumption that I will have to increase the proteins in my diet. I have been on a relative (includes milk and eggs) vegetarian diet for 8 weeks, now I am curious to see how this goes. If my weight stays stable and my lean mass increases I will have accomplished my task. I still have 24 recipes to go out of 56 and I will substitute some of my 30 day recipes with those as I go through the month of April, but not enough to compromise the required protein intake.
