23/56 (see Feb 10 for recipe) SPINACH SALAD EGG FETA REVIEW by the Fairfax Fargo Foodie

I can't say enough about this recipe
This was another great surprise.   I hesitated to visit this culinary treat on anyone but got the "go ahead".   It was delicious.   What a wonderful mixture of flavors.   I added the quinoa in order to complete my grains for the day.  

Warm, lovely breeze,
enough to enjoy life,
forever............
It's a lot easier to think of salads when it is 70 DEGREES MAYBE 80 OUTSIDE
