Back from DC reviewing Tomato Coucous Recipe 46/56

DC
Have these guys flown
back to the midwest?
True love, can't see having
either one on my dinner plate

This recipe is great, it actually has toasted almond
slivers on top (place almonds on cookie sheet, put
on middle shelf in oven, then turn oven to 350 F,
then turn timer on for 10 minutes, by the time the
oven is at 350F the almonds are done, turn off oven.
This way you don't have to wait until the oven heats up.
Yummy
So I got to enjoy this meal at work, it was great, and I'm glad I went for it, even though I wasn't sure about the couscous.  I already miss DC.  But the Fargo Foodie hopes to give you more updates on great local eating places that can surprise you both in taste and cost.
