Many revisions to this recipe.  But the final one ended out
being the best, this was great during IT training.

So what do you think....you are what you eat....  I have always had a problem with that phrase, and sometimes nightmares.   This time I would be:   captured in the ocean, frozen, thawed, sauteed and folded into pureed sweet potatoes with spice.    So what does that make me?
