RECIPE 2 TOMATO BASED VEGETABLE SOUP OR FISH CHOWDER PRIMITIVE MINIMALIST COOKING

TOMATO BASED VEGETABLE SOUP OR FISH CHOWDER
INGREDIENTS
3 pints of canned tomatoes dehydrated and turned into roll ups
3 lbs of fresh tomatoes cut into 1/4 slices and dehydrated
4 to 6 stalks of celery cut into 1/4 inch pieces and dehydrated
Walla Walla Onions 2 of them sliced and dehydrated
5 potatoes chopped and dehydrated
3 carrots chopped and dehydrated
cauliflower chopped and dehydrated
zucchini chopped and dehydrated
garlic dehydrated
pepper flakes
salt and pepper

fresh caught fish pan fried with blackened seasoning and then chopped up (optional)

sterilized water 6 cups


DIRECTIONS
Place all ingredients except the salt, pepper and fish in the water, let sit for 20 minutes and then cook for 20 minutes.
Add optional fish.

Season to taste with salt and pepper
