13 MAIN DISHES SOUPS REVIEWED WIP

1.  Sunday CURRIED CHICKPEAS
Cook dried chickpeas for 6 hours, 2 cups in 6 cups of water, add thinly sliced potatoes.  I kept the water and made it into a soup.

Once cooked puree a cup of it then sautee onion,  add tumeric, chili pepper and garam masala, until oil shimmers, then place in soup.  Can serve with yoghurt.  I did not make  rice because I had alerady added the potatoes.
