February 15 to 22, grocery list, recipe list and commentary
I'm going to change all of this to chicken
When I am cooking, I don't want to have a lot of leftovers, so I will modify these recipes and they will probably last two weeks, which will get me to a conference and a writing workshop on the 19th, 20th, and 21st. I will let you know. and unfortunately this will probably all I will test in February plus my work family's meal on the last day of Feb, an Italian Chili with chicken instead of pancetta. My experience so far with this cookbook, is that they have some overlap between recipes, but not enough, and too many meat recipes, so I keep substituting whenever possible. But hey, frozen leftovers with this amount of variety isn't too bad!!!!!!!!!

Week 3, grocery list, February 15 to 22.
Produce (GET ALL OF THESE)
3 limes
1 lemon
1 medium onion
2 heads garlic (14 cloves)
1 piece fresh ginger
4 medium carrots
4 red bell peppers
1 small cucumber
1 medium eggplant
1 bag (12 oz) broccoli florets
2 bunches broccolini (about 1 lb)
1 avocado
1 bag (6 oz) red radishes
1 pkg (8 or 10 oz) whole mushrooms
12 oz assorted mushrooms or white mushrooms
1 head boston lettuce
5 oz asian or other salad blend
4 cups (6 oz) coleslaw mix
6 scallions
will probably used dried herbs unless I can find living plants for this:
1 bunch cilantro
1 bunch parsley
1 bunch mint
Meat/Poultry/Fish (I already have the chicken and the salmon and the sausage)

Refrigerated
1/4 cup plain greek yogurt already have.
1 cup skim ricotta....NEED THE RICOTTA
4 oz part-skim mozzarella
4 oz pepperjack cheese.....NEED THE PEPPERJACK
grated parmesan
eggs (8 large).. NEED THE EGGS
Frozen
1 bag (16 oz) potato gnocchi, ok to buy
Grocery
eight 6 to 7 inch corn tortilla, STILL NEED THIS
red curry paste, NEED THIS
1/4 cup cashews or peanuts, NEED DRY ROASTED PEANUTS
1 can (8 oz) sliced water chestnuts, NEED THIS
Pantry (have all that)
