March Week one Recipes (1-7) and Shopping List

WEEK ONE 1-7
1. Penne With Mushroom "Bolognese"
2. Sweet and Sour Ham Steaks
3. Pasta with Shrimp and Eggplant
4. Sausage & Peppers Meat Loaf, smells like super huge meatballs, mmmmm
5. Barbecued Pork with Sweet Potatoes & Apples
6. Skillet "Baked" Beans
7. Curry Roast Chicken & Veggies

PRODUCE
3 royal gala or other Red Apples, only bought two
1 large onion, just used a yellow onion
1 medium red onion
2 sweet onions
1 head garlic (3 cloves), already have a big bag I froze from Costco
4 medium sweet potatoes (about 2 lb), only bought one
1 1/2 lb eggplant, ended out buying 2 of these
1 yellow bell pepper, yes
2 red bell peppers, only one
1 head cauliflower, used 1/2 of this for the chicken
12 oz shiitake mushroom caps, kept those from a while ago, didn't buy new one have to use dried
8 scallions
1 bunch parsley
1 bunch cilantro

BAKERY
Bread (for 3/4 cup fresh bread crumbs), already had this

MEAT/POULTRY/FISH
1 lb lean ground beef
one 12 oz pork tenderloin
1 lb hot or sweet italian pork sausage, used turkey sausage
4 small whole chicken legs (2 lbs), bought 5 drumsticks and used them all to make two servings
1 lb raw large shrimp, already had these frozen

DELI
2 ham steaks (87 to 8 oz each), just cannot do this, maybe pork instead
4 strips bacon, used most of this for the italian bean soup
10 pitted kalamata olives, bought a jar of small pitted kalamata

REFRIGERATED
3 oz crumbled feta cheese, already have
1/4 cup grated romano or parmesan, already have
EGG (1 large), bought 1 1/2 dozen for $1.37 a week or so ago

FROZEN
1 bag (16 oz) sliced peaches, will use my canned peaches

GROCERY
2 cans (19.75 oz) each) pork & beans, I hope I never buy these and will not now
1 can (16 oz) black beans, oops used them for my skillet beans
3 cans (15 to 16oz each) beans (of any kind--chickpeas, pinto, kidney beans), got them for free!!!
1 jar (26 oz) marinara sauce, got a 24 ounce jar for less than 2 bucks
1 1/2 cups barilla sweet peppers & garlic pasta sauce, see above
8 oz low-carb or whole-wheat spaghetti pasta, yes
1 lb penne rigate or other pasta, yes
1 jar (9oz) hot or sweet mango chutney, will use my peaches
2 Tbsp chopped mango chutney or orange marmalade, already made this a year ago
2 Tbsp barbecue sauce
soy sauce
worcestershire sauce, what is this? can't do it, just used some red pepper flakes
4 burrito size 99% fat free tortillas, I can't find where these come in in any of the recipes
garlic flavor nonstick spray, never!!!
1/2 cup dry white or red wine (optional), I have some bad wine I can use for this.
