I am using this as a basis for my next work project. I will change this soon. On the 11th of August I changed the recipe to include bread flour.
YEASTED SPROUT BREAD: two loaves
I sprouted the bread for a few days.
I used white wheat berries, rye sprouting seeds (recommended were red spring berries, but never have found them). rye berries 6 cups make 3 quarts sprouted and weight 4 lbs.
I "ground" them in my food processor.
I combined them with bread flour
Used warm water and honey and salt (4 tsps salt) (1/3 c honey, 1/4 cup warm water)
Topped it off with yeast (2 tsp yeast) and started the "dough" recipe on my bread maker.
350 degrees for an hour.
I baked it for an hour and it was still mushy, cut up the bread and it crumbled, oh well.
