Nov 28 Monday, Sandwich and leftovers

Not much to write about.  The breadsmith bread is great, almost sweet tasting, good texture and 4 grams of fiber a slice, even though there are over 100 calories, it is a great way to get fiber.   Loved it with guacamole spread, lettuce and provolone and turkey so closer (whoops) to 500 calories.  Add the peach dessert and lunch was closer to 900 calories, won't get to dinner until well after 8 pm, so I guess it is okay.  Breakfast was leftover potato quiche, reheated, the cumin was a little strong, so I will skip that the next time I make it.
