Dunn Bros in Fargo and Lucias 2 Go in Minneapolis

Here it is, traveling again. Coffee @ D B was disappointing. Hungry so I ate a burrito that was 350 calories so I ate one of my choc macaroons when I hit the road again ....the atmosphere was great ..of course it was Fargo where the people seem to be greatful for work and do their best to make the workplace comfortable...so I like it there. The burrito was premade but tasty the final bite was a little dry. Ok for road food....

LUCIAS 2 GO:   a great place with consistent food, I tried the Vegan Chili (beans cooked to perfection and chile habanera sour cream as a complement);  I ordered a vegetable soup which was cream based (light) with mostly cauliflower for the vegetable, great texture and flavor and a wonderful light salad.  The lettuce was melt in your mouth with a wonderful house dressing that complemented the lettuce and didn't overpower it.   The leaves looked like they had just be picked, rinsed and placed gently on your plate.   A wonderful meal, all finished by a $1 dessert:   chocolate mousse topped with toasted slivered almonds over a pecan base, it was also wonderful.  I have never been disappointed here.   Consistently great food, made with care.   At the deli/bakery my meal was $8, also a treat.   An informal atmosphere, easy for conversation and comfortable to enjoy the food and the hustle and bustle of a kitchen where people love what they do.
