Homes for the Holidays and Breakfast Pizza again
This is not a typo, because I will be in 2 homes for the Holidays, one of the downfalls of a debt ridden economy. But still I find time to eat....what's with that?
Today's breakfast is a repeat of my hit with fillo dough, a breakfast pizza with artichokes mushrooms and salsa. PREP time 3 minutes. Bake time 30, because I don't preheat the oven to 375 F, it takes 30 minutes for it to heat up or 20 minutes and by that time the pizza is done and cheese is bubbly and toasted, so I turn off the oven. Saving on electricity and having a delicious, nutritious breakfast with the proverbial coffee. Proverbs: Life and coffee are on an equal footing? There once was a person was started drinking coffee in college, and even though the taste is not that great, this person still looks forward to the morning with the coffee. Starting a habit may be difficult but breaking it with no desire to do so...... This mornings coffee was a blend of light coarsely ground, turkish ground dark and smoking and medium grind flavored coffee. Instead of one scoop per cup I made one scoop for 2 cups. This was very good coffee.
