*****NEXT CREATIVE WEEKEND MOCH NUT BUTTERBALLS

RECIPE MOCHA NUT BUTTERBALLS ABOUT 3 TO 4 DOZEN

INGREDIENTS

1 cup butter, (2 sticks)
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp rum
1 Tbsp coffee powder
1/4 cup cocoa
1/4 tsp salt
1 1/2 cups pecans (or walnuts, or hazelnuts, or coconut)

1 3/4 cup flour

oven at 350 F rack in the middle

Soften butter and sugar, add flour in 1/2 cup increments    or 3 parts, stir in nuts, form in 1 inch balls

placed on ungreased baking sheet
12 to a sheet

325 for 12 to 15 minutes (14 to wire rack to cook completely, coat with powdered sugar), rest on wire rack and store in covered container

Can also coat with sweet powdered chocolate, or dip in molton chocolate
