18 and 19 of 56, (see Feb 8 for recipe) review of Mexican Deviled Egg Salad review AND leftovers

I will be sticking to the regimen while
traveling...."no excuses".....I may list a few
for you should they occur.   The first
one is all ready:   I will be traveling for
4 hours....in airports....how can I have
homemade food, 3 grains, exercise,
meditate, stretch, get my 7 to 8 hours of
sleep and 5 fruits and vegetables
Two days until the big challenge, living healthily while traveling, this may end out being a model for how to lead a busy life and stay healthy and engaged with the environment without actually owing a gym or being a trainer...........

Hard to tell exactly what this is, but
mushroom burger is on the right and
the salad is under the avocado.
Delicious leftovers.
I am cleaning out the refrigerator before traveling, I believe I will have the opportunity to make the ratatouille turnovers.   In the process I had lunch:  portobello mushroom burger and lettuce with mexican deviled egg dressing.    Still good.  Loved it.


Tonight I hope to finish off the lasagna and prepare the turnovers for tomorrow.

Traveling food:  one orange (won't mush up and will give some liquid), radicchio leaf stuffing?, maybe in a plastic bowl, doesn't look like it will go bad and if I substitute quinoa for the rice, it might have some nutritional value, then I can be up to recipe 22!!!!!!!!!
