The slits on the top were VERY IMPORTANT, everyone at work loved these. I had them accompanied by mixed greens and the rest of the mexican egg dressing.
A little whoops................I used double the amount of the puff pastry, i.e. I used a whole pack and 1/2 of each for each of the "pockets". The smell coming out of the oven is great, the taste is even greater.
