Kasseri and vegetables 49/50 review

Great recipe
The protein addition was
great:   shishkabob

this was great, I had the chance to try this at work and at home.   It took 2 days to figure out how to fry the cheese:
1.   2 ounces of shredded provolone
2.  1 Tbsp flour
Mix together
Place 1/4 of it on a nonstick pan, lightly sprayed with EVOO and heat until brown then flip over, drape over the edge of the pan and serve with the salad.  Yum
