RENAL FRIENDLY SQUASH IS THAT EVEN POSSIBLE

Is there such a thing?  The summer squashes are good and guess what so is the spaghetti squash. I tried it and LOVED IT!!!

Place spaghetti squash in the oven and turn oven on to 350 F, heat for 60 minutes, remove and cool.

Cut in half and remove seeds.

Sautee ½ onion in 1 Tbsp or so of olive oil and when clear add the squash and sautee until warm and serve. This is an easy and great side dish. For me it was a whole meal!
