GUACAMOLE GREEN SALAD

GUACAMOLE GREEN SALAD (for 6)

DRESSING:

3/4 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
3/4 cup EVOO

SALAD: 

1 cup broken tortilla chips
12 ounces baked chicken tenders in 1 inch cubes
2 avocados 1/2 cubes
1 box grape tomatoes cut in half
1/2 red onion diced
2 cups cilantro chopped
6 cups spring greens and spinach

toss salad ingredients together
coat with dressing and serve
