You know how when you go to one of the top 10 restaurants anywhere AND ANYWHERE IS IN DC, you're thinking when they say "do you have a reservation" it will be FOREVER. ....then they caution you..."there is a 15-minute wait" and you would believe 2 hours and then they say, or you can have immediate seating at the bar.....you think WHERE AM I....answer Founding Farmers, DC for the best handmade pasta in the Universe.
