I finally found the neufchatel, but it was under a generic food brand, not that interesting for such an exotic name. Today I had another piece of the carrot cake for lunch along with a 12 gram fiber 100 cal wrap with guacamole (50 cal) and 3 oz smoked turkey, total about 400 to 500 cal. Unfortunately, I woke up late so had to take BH breakfast with me, and only got to eat over a noon hour meeting.



So TONIGHT had another attempt at the fillo pizza and I am liking it A LOT So easy, put oven at 400 F, don't preheat, put it in, do a few household chores (vacuum, laundry, dishes, etc.) and pull it out 30 minutes later. My oven takes a long time to preheat so it didn't reach the 400 F for 15 minutes, so I knew I was safe. I had folded one sheet in fourths and it ended out like a rectangle, so I folded another in 4ths and placed it over the first, 1/4 cup of my roasted tomatoes, that I had thawed the day before, topped with 2 to 3 slices of fresh mozarella and waited..........it was great and even held its shape when transferred to my dinner plate. This is the best. Now all I need are a ton of viable fillo recipes, so I don't waste the stuff....maybe a pie?
