Where does 5 cents of eggplant become 15 dollars? Ciatti's

That's right, when you order eggplant parmesan at Ciatti's you are going to get only one slice of eggplant and twenty ounces of pasta....just saying....... don't order it if you actually want the eggplant.....It's a case of a goose laying the golden egg from the point of view of the eggplant, you could probably feed twenty people with one eggplant.....if you made it Ciatti's style.    So your one dollar investment just generated $300 dollars.  The banking system should look at this.  It is not even considered illegal.  People seek out this experience.   Check it out.  One slice is covered in greasy breading and totally soaked in cheese....tasting like:   let's see....well not actually any taste of eggplant.   I ordered a grilled apple/gorgonzola/walnut salad.   That salad tasted of:  salt......salt.......dressing......sugar........salt.......  The visual was of apples, cheese and nuts.....the taste,  oh well.   I really enjoyed the company, but I could easily have made an eggplant parmesan with actual eggplant present and accounted for.  

Once again, the lack of taste and culinary artistry was obscured by free bread and copious slimy pasta with an ocean of salt.....when will I ever learn.
