*****Beef Bourguignon Stew only with Venison

This is a quote from the cook. I put more beef stock than wine Ingredients 1 lb mushrooms 1 onion Meat 14 ounces beef stock 3/4 cup wine 2 tbsp shortening Salt Pepper thyme Sauteed onions and mushrooms, take out and wobrown meat, add seasonings to taste , mix in flour, wine and beef stock and cook until tender, serve over noodles.
