56 Days 5 Fruits and Vegetable 3 Whole Grains and All Home Made Meals

This next series is an attempt to combine all of the Fargo Foodie's Goals on a Daily Basis:
1.  Eat Healthy
2.  Decrease Fat Content of Food
3.  Eat with Dignity at Work
4.  Stay Local
5.  Learn to Cook Universally Appealing Tasty Food
6.  Keep it all Earth and Local Grower Friendly
7.  Keep the Kitchen Intact, i.e. don't burn it Down
8.  Stay as close to Vegan as Possible without Breaking the Bank with Esoteric Foods

I'm sure I won't have 56 recipes but I hope to have it all prepared before the day starts so I can keep on task during the day.  I do have a refrigerator at work so it shouldn't go bad before I eat it.  The only technical difficulties are going to be to vary the recipes almost every day so I am interested and cook all of it for one......whew, maybe not so easy.  I will prepublish the recipes, which means I will post them before I try them out, as I try them out I will go back and change the recipes.   The reason I am publishing them ahead of time is that I plan to travel during this time.  There might be a week where I can't access a Kitchen so during this time I will have to be creative.
