We opted for the Veranda's Buffet meal, which had some incredible options:  Grilled Calamari and Egg Plant, Moussaka, Parboiled cauliflower with cheese topping grill, grilled sol and summer squash, and so forth....plus an authentic tasting paella,   Some caribbean flavored blackened taste to the grilled items.  All a delicious end to a lovely week, tasting fresh things we caught and whole foods, which unfortunately were probably imported in.
