2 crates of Colorado Peaches and what to do

This year I have followed several marmalade recipes to see what would come of it:
1.  No Pectin but has sugar.  From Preserving the Harvest.
2.  No sugar, but splenda used and pectin.
3.  No sugar, but honey and pectin.
4.  Pectin and Sugar.

Dehydrated the rest, for snacks.  This only took ALL day.  I used the first marmalade to make the tarts at 100 calories a piece.
