100 calorie moist chocolate cake



Moist Chocolate Cake

A tasty, sugar and fat free low point chocolate treat. that bakes up moist and yummy.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350° F (175° C).
  2. Spray a 9 x 13" cake pan with cooking spray.
  3. Mix all dry ingredients together
  4. In a separate bowl, beat egg whites until frothy and add the remaining ingredients to the eggs except for the 1 cup hot water.
  5. Add the egg mixture to the dry ingredients and mix just until moistened.
  6. Slowly stir in hot water. Do not over mix.
  7. Bake for about 20-25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let cool then cut into 15 pieces

  1. Not that great, maybe I mixed it together too long, the fat free cool whip helped. I usually have problems with "nonfood food", this is in that category. I still would make it again because I would want a dessert with nothing to it.
