A tasty, sugar and fat free low point chocolate treat. that bakes up moist and yummy.

Directions
Pre-heat oven to 350° F (175° C).Spray a 9 x 13" cake pan with cooking spray.Mix all dry ingredients togetherIn a separate bowl, beat egg whites until frothy and add the remaining ingredients to the eggs except for the 1 cup hot water.Add the egg mixture to the dry ingredients and mix just until moistened.Slowly stir in hot water. Do not over mix.Bake for about 20-25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.Let cool then cut into 15 pieces |

Not that great, maybe I mixed it together too long, the fat free cool whip helped. I usually have problems with "nonfood food", this is in that category. I still would make it again because I would want a dessert with nothing to it.
